RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Hype Sports Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of nutritional and dietary supplement products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy in order to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product has been delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any of the above issues occur.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging with labels intact
• The product must not show signs of tampering or usage

For verification purposes, customers may be required to provide:

• A clear unboxing video
• Photographs showing the product and packaging condition

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the return request.

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products reported after the 48-hour reporting window

Due to health and safety concerns, nutritional supplements cannot be returned once opened.
